1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Random Topic Generator ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of randomtopicgen.com and its tools and features (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

You can use the topic tool without an account. Some features, such as the Daily Challenge, streaks, and leaderboards, need a free account.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Do not create accounts by automated means or share your account with others.

4. The Service

The Service is a free tool for practicing impromptu speaking. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we provide it on an as-available basis.

We may correct or remove streaks and leaderboard entries that result from bugs, abuse, or cheating.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are;
• •Try to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts;

6. Your Content

You keep ownership of what you submit, such as your display name, avatar, and feedback. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it only to run and improve the Service, for example to show your display name on a leaderboard.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, topic banks, and branding, belongs to us and is protected by law. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial practice.

8. Third-Party Services and Ads

We rely on third-party providers to run the Service and show ads, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for their services or for the content of third-party ads.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, and we do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us, which is zero because the Service is free.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time if we believe you broke these Terms. You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Before starting a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it first.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
